ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store offering digital audio products such as sample packs, sound kits, and MIDI files.
The store is operated by Samplera (the “Seller”).

Digital Product – downloadable audio content (sample packs, loops, one-shots, MIDI, etc.)

Agreement – a contract concluded at a distance via the store
§3. Products
All products are digital audio files delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped.
Products are intended for music production and creative use.
§4. Orders and Payments
Orders are placed online.
The agreement is concluded upon successful payment.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
§5. Delivery
Products are delivered instantly via:

The Customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their software.
§6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital products:
The Customer waives the right of withdrawal once:

the download begins, and

consent has been given during checkout
§7. Complaints
If files are defective (e.g. corrupted), contact support via email.
Complaints are processed within 14 days.
§8. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:

compatibility issues

creative or business outcomes
-
indirect damages or lost profits
Liability is limited to the purchase price.
§9. Intellectual Property
All products are protected by copyright.
No ownership is transferred — only a license is granted.
Full licensing terms are defined in the License Agreement.

Polish law applies.
The Seller may update these Terms at any time.
