Legal Notice

1. General Provisions

This Legal Notice defines the rules for using the digital products offered by Samplera, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

The products offered by the Seller are digital audio products, including sample packs, sound kits, and related files, delivered electronically.

The purchase of a product constitutes acceptance of this Legal Notice.

2. Nature of the Products

The products offered consist of digital audio files intended for music production and creative use.

These products do not contain personal data within the meaning of data protection laws (GDPR).

The content is of a creative and commercial nature.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All products constitute protected intellectual property and may be subject to copyright and related rights.

All content, including sounds, samples, structure, and packaging, is the exclusive property of the Seller.

The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the Customer.

4. Scope of the License

Upon purchase, the Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products.

The license allows:

  • use of the products in personal and commercial music projects,

  • modification and processing of the sounds within music productions,

  • distribution of music created using the products (e.g. streaming platforms, client work).

The license does not allow:

  • resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the products as standalone files,

  • sharing, transferring, or making the products available to third parties,

  • uploading the products to file-sharing platforms or public repositories,

  • repackaging or reselling the sounds as part of another sample pack or competing product.

Violation of the license terms may result in legal action.

5. Liability

The Seller exercises due diligence in creating and providing the products.

However, the Seller does not guarantee:

  • compatibility with all software or hardware,

  • uninterrupted availability or error-free files,

  • suitability for a specific purpose.

The Seller is not liable for:

  • outcomes of creative or commercial use,

  • incompatibility with specific tools or systems,

  • indirect damages or lost profits.

The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

6. Prohibition of Redistribution

It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, share, or resell the products in whole or in part without prior written consent from the Seller.

In case of violation, the Seller reserves the right to:

  • claim damages,

  • demand removal of infringing content,

  • pursue legal action.

7. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by this Legal Notice, Polish law shall apply.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
