License Agreement
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds in your music productions.
You do NOT own the sounds — you are licensed to use them.
2. Royalty-Free Use (Standard Use)
All sounds and samples are royalty-free for:
- online beat licensing
- YouTube, Spotify, streaming platforms
- client work
- independent releases up to 1,000,000 streams
No royalties are owed in these cases.
3. Major Placements & High-Scale Use
For:
- major label releases
- commercial placements (TV, film, ads)
- or tracks exceeding 1,000,000 streams
👉 royalties must be fairly split with Samplera

4. Important Distinction
Applies ONLY to:
- melodic loops
- composition-based samples
Fully Royalty-Free (NO restrictions):
- drum sounds
- one-shots
- MIDI files
- accents / FX
These can be used without any limitations or royalty obligations.
5. What You CAN Do
You are allowed to:
- use sounds in commercial music
- modify, chop, and process sounds
- release music on any platform
- sell beats and production work
6. What You CANNOT Do
You may NOT:
- resell or redistribute the sounds as standalone files
- share the files with others
- upload them to sample libraries or marketplaces
- create competing sample packs
7. Ownership
All sounds remain the intellectual property of Samplera.
8. Enforcement
Violation of this license may result in:
- content removal
- legal claims
- financial damages
